About Us
Our family has been running restaurants since 1945, the first of which, Kate and Al's Pizza is still family owned and running strong to this day. Ed Stefan has carried on his parent's desire to run a successful business and satisfy customers by opening and running several other restaurants over the years (50 years to be exact). The most recent of which is Stonewalls Pizza, Wings & Things in Llano, Texas.
About a year ago a friend and fellow entrepreneur of his asked him what it was like to own a restaurant, this gave Ed the idea to share his knowledge of running a business and design a site to help beginning restaurant owners (and even experienced ones) find supplies and products on the web. These things were not available to him in the past and have been a huge asset to running his business today.
Our Team is our family; we are hard working individuals looking to provide you with fast and friendly experience.
